The work carried out during the project (ED5) on complex fraudulent schemes highlighted the difficulties encountered in apprehending and acting on posting operations involving workers from third countries (non-EU and EEA).

The ED6 project had explored this topic through its objective 2. It aimed to build shared expertise on posted workers from third countries, based on situations encountered by partners and field practices.

This summary document describes in particular the working method used, the timetable, the stages and the main lessons learned at the end of the process.
